Dr. Garrido publica en Cambridge: «Cooperative Strategy for the 21st Century»

El Dr. Garrido nos señala: «una de las sorpresas interesantes que he tenido al desarrollar este nuevo libro ha sido la constatación tanto de la falta de literatura académica, como el déficit del enfoque cooperativo en la formación de nuestros directivos occidentales… Pero para el optimista persistente que he resultado ser en esta vida, esto no ha sido más que un incentivo para continuar en este camino laboral que tanto ánimo y aprendizaje me ha dado».

El Dr. Garrido ahonda en su perspectiva que le ha dado un sitial de nivel internacional: «la estrategia no se trata sólo de competir» y agrega: «Este es un esfuerzo formativo que considero necesario y urgente para nuestro mundo global del siglo XXI». Esta es la piedra angular de su nuevo trabajo que ya cuenta ediciones en Castellano, Inglés y Chino Mandarín.

La versión inglesa de su nuveo libro, titulado «Cooperative Strategy for the 21st Century» se publica este 2024 en Cambridge (Reino Unido); estará disponible en Waterstones y librerías globales.

Strategy is not just about competing. Starting this new book with this statement implies unveiling the cornerstone of our most recent work and tearing down the insufficient ideas that for many years positioned strategic designs aimed solely at conflict or competition as the main and only possible strategic options. This is a formative effort that I consider both necessary and urgent for our 21st century global world.

One of the interesting surprises I have had in developing this new book has been the lack of literature and approach that cooperation has had in our universal strategic charts. For the persistent optimist that I have turned out to be in this life, this has been nothing more than an incentive to continue on this path of work that has given me so much encouragement and learning.
